Permatasks allow quick reports to be completed during non-scheduled visits to a client’s property. Permatasks are organized like a regular Checklist and consist of the exact same functionality. However, they are typically themed around situations such as emergency maintenance call outs, pre and post weather events and spot checks. While Checklists are used on an assigned and pre-authorized basis, Permatasks are designed for spontaneous use as opposed to the pre-planned and assigned Checklists.
