When a new report has been submitted it will be instantly made available for Administrators and Managers to view. Received reports may be accessed from the following locations:

  • Main Navigation Menu
    • Indicators
      • The number of new unopened reports will appear within the “Reports” tab in the main navigation.
    • How to get there
      • Either:
        • Select the “Reports” tab link to go to the “Reports” page.
      • Hover over the “Reports” tab and select the “All Reports” tab from the resulting drop down menu.
        • From the reports page, select a new report from the Reports Table. New reports are signified by an unopened envelope icon with a red flash.
        • Open the report to view, verify, approve and submit to client.
  • Dashboard
    • Indicators
      • New reports are highlighted in bold text within the “Latest Reports” section of the Dashboard.
    • How to get there
      • Select the related “View” icon.
