There are 3 ways you can add a Permatask to QRID.


1.) When you create a new QRID you can add all of the Permatasks that are already made in the Permatask section or select specific Permatasks that relate to the client when you are in Step 2 of building the QRID in "Choose Templates" by checking the box for each Permatask checklist that you would like to add to that specific QRID. This will add the Permatask checklist to the QRID so that when you Scan the QR Code on the QRID Card at the clients property you will see the primary customized checklist and all of the Permatask checklists that you can choose from. 


2.) You can add a permatask to any existing QRID by selecting QRIDs > All QRID's > Choose the QRID you would like to add the Permatask to > Select Edit > below the Primary checklist you will see the list of all Permatasks available. The permatasks that have the checkmark in the box are already selected and all you do now is check the box beside the permatasks that you would like to add to the QRID and then select "Save". You have now added the permatask to this QRID.


3.) You can add permatasks to a QRID that you have just copied. To do this you open the QRID in Preview mode that you want to copy, select the "Copy" button just above the "Check List Preview" Change the information to the new client and select "Duplicate". This takes you to the edit page to modify the checklist and add or remove Permatasks that we already attached to the original QRID. Below the Primary checklist you will see the list of all Permatasks available. The permatasks that have the checkmark in the box are already selected and all you do now is check the box beside the permatasks that you would like to add to the QRID and then select "Save". You have now added the permatask to this QRID.
